This four bedroom holiday cottage in the Upper Oddington, near Stow on the Wold, is a fantastic familly friendly holiday home for those looking to get together and explore the local countryside. The large Cotswold accommodation is laid out as follows:

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
Location Information
Pear Tree Cottage is in the stunning village of Upper Oddington a wonderful location for exploring the North Cotswolds, with plenty of glorious walks from your doorstep. The Oddingtons have a lot to offer such as The Horse and Groom and The Fox which is a renowned pub with regular events taking place. If you wish to stretch your legs on a beautiful spring day we highly recommend walking to Daylesford Organic in the neighboring village of Daylesford, with a restaurant, farm shop and Bamford Spa. A short drive away you will find Kingham, with a train station and award winning pub The Wild Rabbit.
For your shopping essentials pop to Stow-on-the-Wold for Tesco’s or head to Chipping Norton for an M & S Foodhall, Co-op and Sainsburys.
Whilst staying at Pear Tree Cottage there is Broadway, Chipping Campden and Stow-on-the-Wold, all quintessential Cotswold towns that are well worth a visit.

- The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 4 additional infants (aged 2 or under)

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.

We have stayed in Upper Oddington twice before in a different cottage, but as a family had outgrown it. We booked Pear Tree Cottage instead. Loads of room for us all. Our grandson loved the stream and playing football. Kevin from housekeeping was very good at keeping in touch and checking to see if we needed anything. Would recommended

Seven of us stayed at Pear Tree cottage to celebrate a special birthday. It was perfect for us. Well appointed with super comfy beds and pillows. Made full use of the stunning outside area as the sun shone every day. Even had breakfast outside! Kevin the property manager came to check we had everything we needed.Outside gas bbq was a welcome bonus. Wonderful welcome pack. We were all sad to leave this amazing house and hope to return again soon.
